2 burgers (makes 4 sliders total) 

  1. Jalapeño Cheddar stuffed angus beef burger on pretzel bun
  2. Spinach feta ground turkey breast lettuce burger

Side Dish

  1. Bake italian pita chips.
  2. Trader Joe’s Tziziki sauce
  • Jalapeño Cheddar stuffed angus beef burger (2 sliders): 

Ingredients: 

  1. 2 lb. ground angus beef
  2. 1 Jalapeño minced
  3. Shredded vintage cheddar cheese (amount to your liking)
  4. 1/4 tablespoon garlic powder
  5. 1 tablespoon minced onions
  6. Salt & pepper to taste
  7. Olive oil
  8. Pretzel bun
  9. Tomato’s, avocado, lettuce, onions (toppings of your choice).

Directions: 

  1. Add beef, garlic, minced onions, salt & pepper to one bowl. Mix with hands.
  2. Add minced jalapeño and vintage cheddar cheese to another bowl. Mix with hands.
  3. Separate mixed beef into two patties.
  4.  After cheese and jalapeño are mixed, shape and flatten into 2 pancakes. Cover beef around whole “pancake” each.
  5. Brush a little bit of olive oil over burger.
  6. Slow cook/Grill burger flip on occasion for 15 minutes.
  7. Toast pretzel bun.
  8. Add toppings and enjoy.

  • Spinach feta ground turkey lettuce burger (2 sliders) 

Ingredients:

  1. 2 lb. ground turkey breast.
  2. 1/5 cup of spinach. Chopped into small pieces.
  3. Feta cheese (add to liking)
  4. 2 tablespoons of egg whites
  5. 1/2 tablespoon table garlic powder
  6. Himalayan salt & pepper to taste.
  7. Lettuce
  8. Tomato, avocado (toppings of your choice)
  9. Olive oil

Directions: 

  1. Add turkey breast, spinach, feta, garlic powder, egg whites, salt, & pepper to one bowl and mix with hands.
  2. Separate into 2 burgers.
  3. Brush with a little bit of olive oil.
  4. Slow cook/grill burgers for 15 minutes.
  5. Add avocado and tomatoes or toppings of your choice.
  6. wrap with lettuce.
