Ingredients (Recipe feeds 2)
- Cooked 1/5 cups of rice to turn into garlic rice.
- 8-9 garlic cloves minced.
- 3 Tablespoon olive oil
- Andouille sausage
- 1 Egg
- Pepper/Salt
- Cilantro
Directions
- Heat olive oil with minced garlic gloves until brown.
- Add cooked rice and stir
- Add Salt & pepper to taste.
- Slice Andouille sausage into pieces and cook over stove.
- Cook egg sunny side up.
- Add cilantro pieces on top of egg, place on top of rice.
- Enjoy!
