Andouille sausage over egg & garlic rice

Ingredients (Recipe feeds 2)

  1. Cooked 1/5 cups of rice to turn into garlic rice.
  2. 8-9 garlic cloves minced.
  3. 3 Tablespoon olive oil
  4. Andouille sausage
  5. 1 Egg
  6. Pepper/Salt
  7. Cilantro

 

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil with minced garlic gloves until brown.
  2. Add cooked rice and stir
  3. Add Salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Slice Andouille sausage into pieces and cook over stove.
  5. Cook egg sunny side up.
  6. Add cilantro pieces on top of egg, place on top of rice.
  7. Enjoy!
